Lauren Doran, CFNC

Welcome! I have been studying nutrition, wellness, biohacking and longevity for 8+ years and formalized education by becoming a Certified Functional Nutritional Counselor.   I am fascinated by how the human body works and love the challenge of helping others learn how they can feel their best through the most simple approach - eating! 

Through my own health struggles and those of my daughter's, I've been fortunate to work with some incredible naturopaths and holistic medical professionals who got us on the right path. These experiences have changed our lives for the better.

We learned that feeling great doesn't have to be complicated and I look forward to helping you learn the same.
